We have decades of experience working downtown on historic restorations and on the scenic slopes doing challenging mountain side projects. Most of our projects involve one hurdle or another. Downtown we have historic commissions and on the hillsides we have slope development guidelines with their geotechnical engineering requirements. Both can involve lot line or site coverage variances. All of these are part and parcel of our normal work.
