This project started as a kitchen and deck remodel but escalated to a face lift on the front facade and the addition of a guest suite and extra garage bay. The master bedroom was also enlarged. This house had many small rooms. The owners wanted open architecture with a raised ceiling. To minimize cost this was done without changing the exterior.

This is a whimsical breakfast niche off the kitchen. Owners wanted a nice conditioned space to drink coffee in the morning and bird watch.
