Owners wanted the back yard to become the focal point of the house by opening up the livingroom to its view. The kitchen has been relocated to the back of the house to maintain arcs of conversation with the livingroom and to enjoy the view as well. Since the new kitchen occupies the former master suite, a new master addition has been installed on the right elevation.



Owners wanted to capture attic space for two bedrooms, a full bath, and a play area for kids while turning the deck into a more comfortable way to feel the outdoors.
